Feel Note privacy policy
Feel Note is a private, offline mood journal. There is no account, no cloud, and no advertising. This page describes how the Android app handles information on your device.
We do not collect your data
The developer of Feel Note does not collect, receive, sell, or share your journal. Moods, notes, tags, photos, PIN, reminders, and settings stay on your phone. Nothing is sent to our servers because the app has none for your journal.
What stays on your device
- Check-ins (mood, intensity, note, tags, optional photo, time)
- Optional PIN lock (verified only on this device)
- Reminder times and appearance settings
Uninstalling the app deletes this local data, unless you previously exported a backup yourself.
Permissions
Camera and photos are used only if you attach a picture to a check-in. Notifications are used only for the local reminder you enable. The app may request network access because it runs in a system WebView; your journal is still not uploaded.
Backups you choose to share
If you use backup or CSV export, the file is created on your device and shared only through the system share sheet you pick (for example a drive or messaging app). That is under your control, not ours.
Children
Feel Note is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
